Introductory to the ESPEN Guidelines on Enteral Nutrition: Terminology, Definitions and General Topics(2006)
  The ESPEN guidelines on enteral nutrition are the first evidence-based European recommendations for enteral nutrition. They were established by European experts for a variety of disease groups. During guideline development it became evident that terms and definitions in clinical nutrition have been used inconsistently depending on medical disciplines as well as regional and personal preferences. Therefore, to increase explanatory accuracy it was necessary to unify them. In this chapter terms and definitions used throughout all guidelines are explained. Additionally answers to more general questions, which might be important in most indications are dealt with, i.e. use of fibre containing and diabetes formulae.  
A.S.P.E.N.-Enteral Nutrition Practice Recommendations(2009)
  These American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (A.S.P.E.N.) Enteral Nutrition Practice Recommendations are based upon general conclusions of health professionals who, in developing such recommendations, have balanced potential benefits to be derived from a particular mode of providing enteral nutrition with known associated risks of this therapy. The underlying judgment regarding the propriety of any specific practice recommendation or procedure shall be made by the attending health professional in light of all the circumstances presented by the individual patient and the needs and resources particular to the locality. These recommendations are not a substitute for the exercise of such judgment by the health professional, but rather are a tool to be used by the health professional in the exercise of such judgment. Use of this document is voluntary and should not be deemed inclusive of all proper methods of care or exclusive of methods of care reasonably directed toward obtaining the same result.

本书系中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会依据中华医学会的指示,组织志愿参加本工作的多学科的全国有关的专家和各层次的热心的医护工作者,经过多次共识会议编写而成的2006版的补充和修正版。内容包括:编写指南的“指南”、营养素需要量、营养风险筛查、营养输注系统、各种疾病营养支持适应证和附件等,也含有部分规范内容。
